This is beyond anyone's control and is an inconvenience that visitors to Tulum should understand is possible. Our guests will have free access to all parts of the accommodation. This includes the entire apartment as well as the common areas of the condominium, ensuring they can enjoy all the amenities we offer.

The common areas include a beautiful swimming pool and gym available for use from 8 am to 10 pm. We want to ensure our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, so we kindly ask them to respect this schedule to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and visitors of the condominium.

We ensure that our guests have all the necessary information for a smooth check-in by sending them the details one day before their arrival. Additionally, we offer a concierge service available from 10 am to 8 pm, delighted to assist with coordinating their trip and addressing any questions they may have during their stay. Guests can also easily contact us through the platform used for the reservation, ensuring smooth and effective communication at all times.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during their stay.

Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving the accommodation.

Do not leave valuables unattended. For your convenience and security, we provide a safe in the accommodation.

Avoid cutting food directly on the kitchen or dining tables. Please use the provided cutting boards for this purpose.

When using the air conditioners, make sure to close the windows to cool the room faster and help maintain the equipment in good condition.

Help us conserve energy by unplugging electrical equipment that is not in use.

Any damage to the furniture will be assessed according to the extent of the damage caused.

If cigarette smoke is detected, a penalty of $150 will be applied.

Lost keys will incur an additional cost of $100.

Please do not flush toilet paper down the drain, as the plumbing system does not support the biodegradation of paper.

Respect the condominium rules regarding the hours of use of common areas and keep the spaces tidy.

Toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and general cleaning supplies are provided upon arrival (additional supplies are for personal consumption and at your own expense).
